General questions about the Identity Check
No. You can enable the Identity Check without defining any criteria. The criteria-based analysis will simply not run, and candidates will only be screened for identity risk.
Yes. Once you enable automatic Identity Check for a job, every new candidate that applies will be brought into Brainner and screened automatically.
Yes. Each Identity Check consumes 1 credit per candidate, regardless of whether the criteria-based analysis runs or not.
Yes. Once the Identity Check runs, you can use the Identity Check filter and sub-filters in the candidates tab to sort and review candidates by their risk level and specific flags.
You can review candidates directly in Brainner and move them forward or reject them — any decision you take will automatically sync back to your ATS, keeping your pipeline up to date without leaving the platform.
