Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of payroll systems and accounting principles.
Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time
Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in payroll transactions.
Utilize Apex HCM payroll software for efficient processing and reporting.
Prepare reports on payroll metrics and assist in audits as necessary.
Provide system support and troubleshoot payroll-related issues
Collaborate with the Human Resources department to address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with Apex HCM is preferred
Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of general ledger accounting is advantageous
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
