Bridgetown, Saint Michael, BarbadosFull-timeReporting to the Exports Manager, the successful candidate:
Monitor export sales targets and generate export sales/solicit orders from distributors, in an effort to achieve monthly sales targets.
Receive and size orders from agents in export territories and passes information onto relevant parties (including Logistics Clerk, Production Department, Supply Chain).
Enter order information into AX/ERP system. Adjusting orders as necessary when required.
Coordinate with the Production and Warehouse Departments to ensure goods are produced and made available for export shipments.
Reconcile insurance at the end of month for CIF & C&I shipments and ensuring containers are ordered and assigned timely for shipments.
Qualifications and Experience:
An Associate Degree in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Management Studies, Business Administration or an equivalent accreditation.
At least three (3) years’ experience in sales and marketing or administrative environment.
Excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
