Job Title: Processing Operator – Flavouring
Location: Baboonia Trace, Charlieville
Division: Operations | Department: Production | Section: Processing
Reports To: Production Manager / Production Supervisor
Job Summary:
Monitor and control flavouring and oven operations to ensure compliance with specifications and production targets.
Key Duties:
Verify and prepare raw materials for flavouring operations.
Operate and monitor flavouring systems, ensuring accurate application.
Conduct quality checks and maintain compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas per protocols.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HSE and HR policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 O’ Levels including Math and English.
Certifications: Basic Food Safety, GMP, OSH, Machine Operators Certificate (asset), Technical Certificate in Plant Operations (asset).
Experience: 2 years manufacturing/food processing OR 1 year trainee operator.
Additional: Sanitation & Hygiene Training, First Aid/CPR, digital readiness.
Physically fit, shift/weekend availability.
