  • Job Title: Processing Operator – Flavouring
    Location: Baboonia Trace, Charlieville
    Division: Operations | Department: Production | Section: Processing
    Reports To: Production Manager / Production Supervisor

    Job Summary:
    Monitor and control flavouring and oven operations to ensure compliance with specifications and production targets.

    Key Duties:

    • Verify and prepare raw materials for flavouring operations.

    • Operate and monitor flavouring systems, ensuring accurate application.

    • Conduct quality checks and maintain compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

    • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas per protocols.

    • Maintain accurate production records and reports.

    • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Ensure compliance with HSE and HR policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 O’ Levels including Math and English.

    • Certifications: Basic Food Safety, GMP, OSH, Machine Operators Certificate (asset), Technical Certificate in Plant Operations (asset).

    • Experience: 2 years manufacturing/food processing OR 1 year trainee operator.

    • Additional: Sanitation & Hygiene Training, First Aid/CPR, digital readiness.

    • Physically fit, shift/weekend availability.

    Mechanical aptitude, quality control, compliance, documentation, troubleshooting, teamwork, adaptability.
