Position: Production Analyst

Summary
The Production Analyst supports manufacturing operations through accurate data analysis, production reporting and planning support to ensure alignment between production output, sales forecasts and inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production data analysis and ERP reporting

  • Production scheduling support and variance reporting

  • Inventory reconciliation and efficiency analysis

  • Audit support and compliance monitoring

  • Cross‑functional collaboration with production teams

  • Validate production data accuracy through routine data quality checks and exception reporting

  • Investigate data inconsistencies and collaborate with relevant departments to correct root causes

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven insights

  • Assist with root cause analysis for production inefficiencies and recurring downtime

  • Support system testing, upgrades, or process changes related to production data

  • Prepare ad‑hoc management reports and dashboards for senior leadership

  • Monitor raw material/component stock levels and coordinate with procurement

  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Data Analytics

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Production Analytics or Production Planning

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

Skills

  • Production analytics and reporting

  • ERP systems and BI tools , Tableu

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

  • Knowledge of GMP, HSE and Food Safety standards
