Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Baboonia Trace, Charlieville

Division: Finance | Department: Finance | Section: Financial Accounting

Reports To: Financial Controller / Financial Accountant

Job Summary:

Maintain and prepare financial accounts in compliance with approved procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting and analysis.

Key Duties:

·      Prepare general ledger journals and management accounts.

·      Review and approve invoices and payment entries.

·      Coordinate internal and external audits.

·      Perform reconciliations and maintain fixed asset register.

·      Prepare VAT returns and assist with payroll processing.

·      Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

·      Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, including the timely submission of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responses to audit queries.

·      Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, and company policies.

Qualifications:

·      Level II ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

·      Advanced Microsoft Office certification (asset).

·      Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

·      Recommended: CFA, CMA, IFRS, Data Analytics, PMP certifications.

Skills:

·      Financial analysis, ERP systems, audit coordination, budgeting, advanced Excel, communication, leadership.
