Job Description
JJ EC, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions. The successful candidate will work with various data sources, identify trends and patterns, prepare reports, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies.

• Translate business requirements into meaningful data analyses.

• Collaborate with management and other teams to support data-driven decisions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, processes, and analytical methods.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data-analysis tools.

• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
