A mission-focused organization is looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst with hands-on Palantir Foundry experience to support Department of Defense-related operational research and data transformation efforts.

This role is integral to a multi-disciplinary research team that develops analytics to inform senior leader decision-making and enhance operational readiness. The position requires close collaboration with military, government, and contractor stakeholders in a highly mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, transform, and model complex operational datasets using Palantir Foundry
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ontology models, and repeatable analytical workflows
- Develop dashboards, applications, and analytic products for end users
- Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses
- Translate mission requirements into actionable data insights
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare briefings and recommendations for senior leaders
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are met

Location: Near Scott AFB
Clearance: Active DoD Secret (or higher) required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of applied data analysis or operational research experience
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL with strong data visualization skills
- Experience with Palantir Foundry strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior technical and operational leaders
- Comfortable working in secure, mission-focused environments
