1. Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production and inventory data into digital systems. This role supports smooth operations by ensuring information is current, well-organized, and readily accessible for audits, reports, and decision-making.
2. Principal duties and Responsibilities
Enter data from production forms and inventory sheets into the system.
Verify accuracy of input data and make corrections as needed.
Maintain filing systems.
Generate trending reports for ATP swabbing, Allergen swabbing and Oven Preventive Control.
Assist in compiling information for audits and internal reviews.
Cross-check and update inventory records and stock movements. Reorder stock.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to collect required data.
Flag discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain data confidentiality and system security.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned (e.g., scanning, photocopying).
Communicate any discrepancies or anomalies to the Production Manager
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Written and verbal communication skills
Data entry or administrative experience
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel) and Inventory Management systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of inventory management would be an asset.
