About the Position:

As a Product Owner at Memorable, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the growth and quality of our product. Your primary focus will be on driving successful deliveries. You will be responsible for developing and executing quarterly and monthly plans that align with our strategic objectives. Leading a team of exceptional engineers and data scientists, you'll own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across various teams and stakeholders. Critical thinking, a strong product sense, and technical expertise are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Product Execution:

  • Coordinate the execution of product features and deliverables, ensuring prioritization, visibility, and adherence of quality standards. This includes running product dailies as well as sprint planning and review meetings. You will be the developers’ point of reference for task prioritization and resolution of other product-related questions.

  • Design releases for each new feature and project, working closely with developers to de-risk new initiatives from an engineering perspective, as well as with designers to ensure timely hi-fi wireframes.

  • Design sprints in alignment with the roadmap and based on engineering capacity.

  • Coordinate deployments and QAs, ensuring timely delivery, sound QA, and clear visibility for dependent teams (marketing, sales and accounts).

• Bug management

  • Manage the internal bug tracker, prioritizing the work, assigning the tickets to the relevant developers and confirming resolution.

• Custom projects

  • Coordinate the execution of custom projects, engaging with sales and accounts stakeholders for requirement building and with leadership for balancing product roadmap tasks with custom development.

About You:

You're an experienced product leader with a track record of launching successful products and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You are reliable and clear. You can address the complexities of product development, map dependencies, and prioritize according to roadmaps. Excellent communication skills enable you to convey complex information clearly to colleagues, work effectively with peers, and motivate the product team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of product management experience, demonstrating success in owning key product initiatives and launching at least one successful product.

• Experience with media, marketing, or advertising technology.

• Working knowledge of databases and web technology.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage a team of engineers.

• Fluency in English.

• Experience developing and leading the execution of a product roadmap at a growth-stage company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a growth-stage startup.

• Direct experience in advertising or creative.

• Interactions with APIs from major ad platforms is a plus.

• Having led an Enterprise SaaS.
