We are seeking experienced Technical Recruiter (full cycle) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent for enterprise customers in India market. The title is given based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish

  • Work with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions

  • Use effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Motivated and fast learner, eager to adopt the latest tools for efficient candidate screening and evaluation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a full cycle technical recruiter within the tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively.

  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.

  • Some experience in MSP/Contingent Staffing is higly recommended.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Resdex, Zoho Recruit, Airtable etc.

  • Fair understanding of AI driven platforms to source and screen potential candidates.

  • Proven ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of India’s contingent staffing industry.

  • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity

Advantages

  • Some customer-facing experience with strong requirement gathering skills is good to have.

  • Proficient in screening and interviewing candidates in the tech space catering to latest trends and technologies like AI, ML, Data Engineering, ERP/CRM, Digital & IoT space.
