Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing excellent customer service and a deep understanding of the home inspection industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide information about our home inspection services, including general home inspections, condo inspections, roof inspections, and termite inspections.

  • Accurately process customer bookings and maintain detailed customer records.

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

  • Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training and development.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and provide outstanding customer service.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Handle direct interactions with customers to provide and process information regarding inquiries, concerns, and requests about our services.

  • Analyze customer's needs and recommend suitable services that will maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution of any outstanding issues or queries.

  • Maintain effective coordination with the internal teams to expedite the seamless and successful delivery of our services.

  • Stay abreast with the latest procedures, policies, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by utilizing the right tools, methods, and resources.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and goals as needed.

  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and input to improve customer service and satisfaction.

Type of Service:

  • The Customer Service Representative will be providing support primarily through phone, email, and chat. They are expected to communicate effectively and professionally in these manners to ensure customers receive unparalleled service.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and tact

  • Knowledge of the home inspection industry, including general home inspections, condo inspections, roof inspections, and termite inspections

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
