**Your mission
**As Marketing Expert (B2B SaaS), you will work closely with our founders, product, and sales teams to build the marketing foundation for our Software Business Unit. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape how our software products are positioned, understood, and adopted in the market.
In the early phase, marketing is tightly connected to founder-led sales. Your focus is on branding, positioning, and market-facing materials, while also supporting early outbound and visibility efforts.
You will play a central role in preparing our software products for market launch and future scale. During this phase, you will:
Develop and own the brand, positioning, and messaging for the Software Business Unit
Lead the creation of a new website, including structure, narrative, and content
Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for customers and partners
Create, curate, and maintain core marketing and sales materials, including:
Pitch decks
One-pagers
Product and solution pages
Case study formats
Support founder-led sales with demo narratives, follow-up materials, and structured messaging
Develop messaging frameworks for outbound and outreach activities, including email and LinkedIn templates
Build and manage a LinkedIn presence (company and founders), including thought leadership content
Work closely with product and sales to ensure marketing reflects real customer needs and conversations
**Your profile
**
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or enterprise software
Hands-on experience with branding, positioning, and website launches
Strong ability to translate complex, technical products into clear and compelling messages
Excellent writing, storytelling, and structuring skills
A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with comfort working in early-stage environments
The ability to collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams
Excellent command of English is required; German is a strong advantage, especially for working with customers in the DACH region.
