Description

American Endovascular is looking for a per diem NP or PA to work performing consults and follow ups in nursing homes in the Brooklyn/Far Rockaway area. The position involves going to nursing homes to perform vascular consults, evaluate results of ultrasounds and follow up with the patient and family regarding the findings of the scan and treatment plan. Schedule will be 1-2 days per week which can be flexible to include evenings and weekends based on candidate's schedule

Qualifications

Licenses NP in state of NY.

Two (2) years or more experience required.
