A minimum of 5 years of experience in a producing role in the entertainment industry.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Thorough understanding of the production process.
Ability to oversee multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling software.
A degree in film, media, or a related field.
Mastery of the latest digital technologies and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut).
Experience managing a production team.
Experience with the intricacies of special effects, like the usage of CGI, creation of engaging 3D environments, manipulation of real-world footage, and combination of multiple visual assets via compositing, to create visually compelling scenes.
