Reporting to the FGW Supervisor, the successful candidate will: -

• Coordinate the transfer and reconciliation of stock from the production department daily. 

• Monitor distribution of locally manufactured products using the FIFO process,  

• Update WIBISCO Stock Movement Report on a daily basis

• Participate in the stock count process and reconcile variances on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Open and close the Finished Goods Warehouse as per shift requirements

• Assist with the daily Supervision of the FGW operations including the Shrink-wrapping process.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A tertiary level education in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field.

• Formal training in Inventory Management or have at least two (2) years’ experience in an

   inventory environment.

• Effective verbal and written communication – must be able to present ideas clearly.

• Good analytical skills

• Effective listening skills – should be able to listen and understand ideas and points being

  presented and ask appropriate questions.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly word processing and excel

  spreadsheets.  Must be familiar with the use of formulas.

• Good organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
