Bridgetown, Saint Michael, BarbadosFull-timeReporting to the FGW Supervisor, the successful candidate will: -
Coordinate the transfer and reconciliation of stock from the production department daily.
Monitor distribution of locally manufactured products using the FIFO process,
Update WIBISCO Stock Movement Report on a daily basis
Participate in the stock count process and reconcile variances on a weekly and monthly basis.
Open and close the Finished Goods Warehouse as per shift requirements
Assist with the daily Supervision of the FGW operations including the Shrink-wrapping process.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A tertiary level education in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field.
Formal training in Inventory Management or have at least two (2) years’ experience in an
inventory environment.
Effective verbal and written communication – must be able to present ideas clearly.
Good analytical skills
Effective listening skills – should be able to listen and understand ideas and points being
presented and ask appropriate questions.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly word processing and excel
spreadsheets. Must be familiar with the use of formulas.
Good organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
