We are seeking experienced Technical Recruiter (full cycle) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent for enterprise customers in India market. The title is given based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

• Work with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions.

• Use effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Use various channels, AI Platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, to identify potential candidates.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Motivated and fast learner, eager to adopt the latest tools for efficient candidate screening and evaluation.

Requirements

• From Bangalore and is available to work remtely in Pacific Time (PST) hours.

• 4+ years of proven experience as a full cycle technical recruiter within the tech industry.

• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively.

• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.

• Extensive experience in recruiting for W2 requisitions at mid and senior levels.

• Tech-savvy with knowledge of modern technologies.

• Strong understanding of US visa types, tax terms, and employment laws.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Some experience in MSP/Contingent Staffing is higly recommended.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously

• Extensive experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong networking capabilities.

• Fair understanding of AI driven platforms to source and screen potential candidates.

• Proven ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of India’s contingent staffing industry.

• Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
