Principal Accountabilities / Key Functions:

·       Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance checks, inspections and repairs on mechanical plant and equipment in accordance with the requirements of the approved maintenance schedule.

·       Troubleshoot and rectify minor and routine mechanical plant and equipment problems in accordance with established standards, specifications and procedures.

·       Provide assistance in the installation and testing of mechanical plant, equipment 

            and auxiliaries.

·       Carry out basic welding and fabricating functions required to achieve maintenance work targets.

·       Compile maintenance records and reports in accordance with approved company procedures and procedures.

·       Identify and report real and potential issues and non-conformances and suggest possible solutions.

·       Understand and adhere to the Company’s established good manufacturing practices (GMPs), Food Safety and Quality requirements.

·       Actively promote, support and comply with Kiss Baking Company Limited’s established Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and industry best practices;

• Performs any other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager

Required Technical Qualifications & Experience:

·       Certificate or diploma in M.E.E.E.T. or E.E.E.T. or higher

Experience:

Minimum

·       Suitable combination of training and work experience (2-3 years) in the manufacturing industry

Required Skills:

·       Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions in a timely manner

·       Willingness to rotate in a three (3) shift system

·       Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

·       Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
