JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Line Inspector
DIVISION: Operations
DEPARTMENT: Quality Assurance
LOCATION: Baboonia Trace, Charlieville
REPORTS TO: Quality Assurance Manager / Quality Assurance Supervisor

SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Line Inspector is responsible for conducting pre-operational checks, internal audits, inspections, and evaluations on raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits and raw material inspections per approved schedules.

  • Perform quality audits on production lines and initiate corrective actions as required.

  • Prepare shift-based non‑conformance and wastage reports.

  • Conduct sampling inspections on packaged products based on approved sampling plans.

  • Execute inspection tests according to Quality Plans.

  • Ensure full compliance with HR, HSSE, GMP, and Food Safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors, certification bodies, and auditors.

  • Perform additional QA-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Five (5) O‑Level passes including Mathematics & English (mandatory).

  • Diploma in Food Safety / Quality / Manufacturing (asset).

  • Certifications in Quality Studies or Quality Testing (asset).

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in manufacturing or related environments.

  • Ability to work on shifts (6-2 , 2-10 , 10-6)

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management & Food Safety Systems.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • A high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.
