Job Title: Sales Operation Analyst
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economic/Business/Finance/Statistics/Mathematics
At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales/Business Analyst
Specific Knowledge required to start:
Track record of effective Forecasting and data tracking to support strategic decision making.
Deep understanding of data Analytics & a demonstrated ability to present complex data in clear concise formats to facilitate understanding across functions and at different levels
Proficient in MS Office applications - strong proficiency in Excel (scenarios, Pivot table analysis, linear programming, graphs & charts). Power BI a must.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Providing detailed Sales Reports, Exception Reports and granular details on Customer, Route & Area Performances.
Producing and managing Performance Reports for Trade Teams (weekly, monthly & quarterly) in line with plan.
Coordinates research initiatives both internal and in Trade (e.g. consumer, market) involving quantitative and qualitative analysis required to support strategic decisions.
Support the sales planning process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Develop rich, interactive, visually striking graphics and data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the presentation of data
