About the role

One of the companies in our AdTech network is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help expand partnerships and drive revenue growth across the digital advertising ecosystem.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with agencies, brands, and advertising platforms, and introduce innovative AdTech solutions to the market. You will work closely with leadership and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and grow strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building pipelines, opening new opportunities, and helping scale technology products within the advertising industry.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and AdTech platforms.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.

  • Lead outreach, sales conversations, and partnership discussions with key industry stakeholders.

  • Present advertising technology solutions that improve performance, transparency, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to communicate platform capabilities and value.

  • Track market trends and identify opportunities within the programmatic advertising ecosystem.

  • Support the development of long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in sales or business development within AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital media ecosystem.

  • Experience building relationships with agencies, brands, publishers, or advertising platforms.

  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close complex deals.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AdTech platforms, data products, or advertising technology solutions.

  • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or programmatic platforms.

  • Existing network within the digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments.
