🧭 Job Purpose

To facilitate, coordinate, and analyze production data to ensure smooth scheduling and operations within the ERP system.


πŸ› οΈ Key Duties

  • Input and update production data in ERP systems for real-time decision-making

  • Assist in developing weekly production schedules based on forecasts and inventory

  • Track daily production activities and flag deviations

  • Prepare and distribute production reports (WIP, output summaries)

  • Monitor raw material/component stock levels and coordinate with procurement

  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues

  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with production standards

  • Maintain organized electronic records of production activities

  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives

  • Assist senior analysts and perform related duties

  • First Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1–3 years’ experience in production planning

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Working knowledge of data tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau

  • Or equivalent combination of training and experience
