Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Collaborate with franchisees, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements for digital commerce, CRM, and customer engagement initiatives.
Analyze and document current and future-state business processes, workflows, and customer journeys.
Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solutions against business objectives.
Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and support Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and project reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
Marketing Technology & CRM Operations
Support the execution of global and market-level marketing campaigns, promotions, and CRM initiatives across digital channels.
Manage and coordinate content publishing activities through Contentful CMS, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of campaign content.
Support CRM campaign setup, testing, audience segmentation, and deployment activities within platforms such as Braze, Zeta, or equivalent marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to define campaign tracking requirements and validate data collection for performance measurement.
Assist in monitoring campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting reporting initiatives.
Ensure marketing technology implementations align with data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital analytics concepts.
Experience participating in at least one end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project through successful production launch.
Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Ability to work effectively across business, marketing, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in QSR, retail, eCommerce, digital commerce, or consulting environments is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Zeta, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
Experience with Contentful or other CMS platforms.
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, personalization, customer segmentation, and omni channel customer journeys.
Familiarity with digital marketing technologies, customer data platforms (CDPs), tag management solutions, and campaign analytics.
Experience supporting email, push notification, in-app messaging, and loyalty program initiatives.
Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer engagement measurement.
Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and marketing compliance requirements.
Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
