About the role

Our client is building the initial team to develop the MVP of an AI-powered management platform. The goal is to build a first functional version within 4 months.

They are looking for someone who can be the main technical owner of building the platform end to end. They are not simply looking for a developer who executes tickets. They are looking for a profile with product judgment, a strong technical background, and the ability to make architecture, database, and software design decisions.

This person will be responsible for making sure the platform works, is stable, is maintainable, and can scale.

Main responsibilities

• Develop frontend, backend, and database.

• Design the technical architecture of the application.

• Model and maintain the main database.

• Work with PostgreSQL at an advanced level.

• Implement authentication, permissions, roles, and user views.

• Build the main modules of the MVP.

• Develop case management, documentation, scheduling, deadlines, correspondents, and filing control.

• Integrate external services and internal tools.

• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate intelligent features into the platform.

• Ensure stability, performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Make technical decisions autonomously and with good judgment.

Technical requirements

• Solid experience developing full-stack applications, with a focus on backend.

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, and relational structures.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally Next.js or similar technologies.

• Strong command of backend, APIs, software architecture, and system design.

• Ability to build real applications, not just prototypes.

• Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted programming tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.

• Real ability to use programming agents as a core part of the development process to accelerate speed without sacrificing quality.
