About the Position:
As an Account Manager at Memorable, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our Creative AI and Cognitive Science technology for their advertising needs. You will be a key liaison between our clients and the internal teams, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service and maximize the impact of our innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and advertising needs.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Implementation and Onboarding:
Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and guide them through the onboarding process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth integration of our Creative AI and Cognitive Science technology into the client's advertising workflow.
Campaign Optimization:
Analyze client campaigns and provide insights to enhance performance, leveraging the capabilities of our technology.
Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and recommend strategies to improve ad effectiveness.
Communication and Training:
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Creative AI and Cognitive Science solutions to clients.
Provide training and support to clients on utilizing our technology to its full potential.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and share insights with clients to demonstrate the impact of our technology.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance reporting mechanisms based on client feedback.
About You:
You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in digital advertising and a genuine interest in Creative AI and Cognitive Science. You excel in building relationships, possess excellent communication skills, are organized, detail oriented, and adept at translating client needs into successful campaigns. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in account management within the advertising or technology industry.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Creative AI and Cognitive Science technologies.
Experience working with major advertising platforms.
