Required Skills

* Proven experience working as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.

* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

* Strong knowledge of server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

* Experience implementing and managing backup solutions, such as Veeam or Acronis.

* Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and end-users.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
