About the role
One of the companies in our AdTech network is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic clients across the digital advertising ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with agencies, brands, and platform partners to ensure they successfully adopt and maximize the value of advertising technology solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, helping clients optimize performance, solve challenges, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy building long-term client relationships and working closely with both commercial and technical teams.
What you’ll do
Manage relationships with key clients across agencies, brands, and advertising platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure a strong client experience.
Support clients in adopting and using advertising technology platforms effectively.
Provide guidance and insights to help clients improve campaign performance and platform usage.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to address client needs and feedback.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase platform adoption.
Monitor account performance and contribute to client success and retention initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Experience managing key accounts within the AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising industry.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising.
Experience working with agencies, brands, publishers, or advertising platforms.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to translate technical or product concepts into clear solutions for clients.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
4–7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related commercial role.
Nice to have
Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or programmatic platforms.
Experience supporting data-driven advertising solutions or analytics platforms.
Familiarity with media measurement, brand safety, or advertising performance tools.
Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced technology environments.
