Summary of Position:

The candidate must support the implementation of FSSC 22000 requirements to achieve Food Safety Certification and provide administrative support for the implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.

Principal Accountabilities / Key Functions:

·       Support with the review, update and documentation of policies, procedures, work instructions and forms required for FSSC 22000 certification and the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.

·       Support with collating and documenting reports, GMP inspections, risk assessments, action plans and other food safety and quality related documentation.

·       Prepare and update the food safety and quality manuals that contains the information required for FSSC 22000 certification and customer requirements.

·       Prepare training materials – presentations, posters, handouts, evaluations for food safety training sessions and for communication done by posters, e board, tool box meetings.

·       Progress action plans with relevant personnel to ensure timely completion.

·       Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager and Quality Supervisor for implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.

·       Identify and report real and potential issues and non-conformances and suggest possible solutions.

·       Understand and adhere to the organization’s good manufacturing practices (GMPs), Food Safety and Quality requirements.

·       Actively promote, support and comply with Kiss Baking Company Limited’s established Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and industry best practices.

·       Perform any other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
