As a financial education company, they provide a turn-key collaborative money mentorship solution based on the belief that their financial mentors are the last great hope for educating the working population on healthy money habits and positive behavior change. They aim to spread financial literacy by creating custom programs tailored to organizational needs, easing monetary stress, and equipping employees with the tools to plan for their future.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have a deep technical understanding of
core mobile technologies, and have experience with building native iOS and Android
applications. Our cutting-edge platform leverages .NET, MySQL, Azure DevOps, Docker, AWS.

What you’ll do

• Build, publish and maintain multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter development framework that can scale to millions of users

• Strong commitment to metrics driven product development, with a disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving

• Maintain high quality of code through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews

• Work with product to understand end-user requirements and create solutions that impact our participants

• Translate UI/UX designs into high quality, responsive production-ready code

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic landscape

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of mobile development experience with 2+ years coding in Flutter

• Experience in publishing at least two apps to the Apple Store and Google Play Store

• Experience integrating with third-party libraries and APIs

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

• Experience with CI/CD: Git, CodeMagic or similar

Bonus points

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience building Mobile Apps from scratch and submitting to app stores

• Experience creating Material Design styled apps

• Experience with Financial Services/Education industry

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to have fun in a small team environment
