As our Founding Marketing Lead, you’ll work closely with a founder to define how Brainner shows up in the market and how we consistently reach and convert our target customers. This is a hands-on, execution-first role focused on building awareness, trust, and demand while we discover what channels scale.
You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into shipped marketing output: content, launches, distribution, and experiments. The scope is intentionally broad. You’ll prioritize what matters most, execute quickly, and iterate based on real signal. As the company grows, this role will naturally expand in ownership and impact.
In this role, you will:
Build and execute Brainner’s content and distribution engine across owned, earned, and paid channels
Maintain and continuously improve the Brainner website to clearly explain the product and convert visitors into demo requests.
Drive founder-led and company-led visibility, primarily through LinkedIn and emerging formats
Turn customer insights into stories, proof points, and launch-ready assets
Plan and execute product and integration launches with partners
Build early demand-generation systems (email, lead magnets, webinars, events)
Run experiments, measure results, and double down on what works
You have 3-5+ years of professional marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with exposure to selling into **mid-market or enterprise customers (**Nice to have: experience working on HR Tech)
You’ve worked in a small or early-stage SaaS company, owning marketing execution end to end
You are hands-on and execution-driven: you write, publish, ship, test, and iterate yourself
You have strong content and distribution instincts, especially for organic channels like LinkedIn and founder-led marketing
You are AI-native: you actively use generative-AI tools to research, create, automate, and scale marketing, and you stay current with new tools and approaches
You have a good design eye and taste, and can make sound decisions on layout, visuals, and presentation (Nice to have: basic video editing and design skills)
You enjoy talking to customers and turning real conversations into clear messaging, stories, and proof points
You are organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize without heavy process
You’re comfortable working closely with founders, operating in ambiguity, and building from zero
