Job Summary

Holiday Snacks Limited is seeking reliable, disciplined, and energetic individuals to join our Operations and Supply Chain teams as General Workers.

The successful candidates will be responsible for packaging products, loading and palletizing finished goods, maintaining sanitation and housekeeping standards, supporting production and warehouse activities, and ensuring compliance with Food Safety, HSE, GMP, and Company standards

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, sort, and clean raw materials before processing.

• Package products into cartons, inners, bales, cages, and pallets.

• Fill product bins and maintain production line operations.

• Band unit packs according to established specifications.

• Identify and report defective products, including packaging, coding, sealing, and weight issues.

• Open rejected packs for recycling and dispose of waste according to procedure.

• Seal cartons, inners, and bale bags as required.

• Ensure products, cartons, pallets, and cages are properly packed, wrapped, labelled, and coded.

• Change sealing tape, labels, and verify coding accuracy.

• Weigh and record product waste.

• Move pallets and cages to designated staging areas.

• Sort, quantify, and palletize reusable cartons.

• Perform housekeeping, cleaning, sanitization, and general maintenance duties.

• Complete required production system entries where applicable.

• Adhere to all Human Resources policies and procedures.

• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.

• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards.

• Perform any other duties required to support operational objectives.

Education & Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) O'Level/CSEC passes including Mathematics and English.

• 1 year experience in a similar field will be an asset

• Police Certificate of Character

• Completion of pre-employment medical
