To perform maintenance and repairs on Company vehicles as required.
Principal Accountabilities / Key Functions:
· Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance checks, inspections and repairs on the mechanical systems of the Company’s fleet and other authorized vehicles in accordance with requirements of the approved maintenance schedule.
· Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical problems and defects on the Company’s fleet and other authorized vehicles in accordance with established standards, specification and procedures.
· Conduct function tests and trials on repaired equipment before return to service.
· Carry out routine mechanical system or component modification as necessary for the Company’s fleet and other authorized vehicles.
· Carry out breakdown maintenance, repair and installation as required by Company operations.
· Prepare and complete job cards and records as required by established Company procedures.
· Deliver and collect Company vehicles to third parties for repairs as required
· Identify and report real and potential issues and non-conformances and suggest possible solutions.
· Understand and adhere to the Company’s established good manufacturing practices (GMPs), Food Safety and Quality requirements.
· Actively promote, support and comply with Kiss Baking Company Limited’s established Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and industry best practices;
· Performs any other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
Required Technical Qualifications & Experience:
Education
Minimum
· 3 CXC O’ levels inclusive of Mathematics and English or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Certification:
Minimum
· Class 4 license
Experience:
Minimum
· Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in automotive repair/diagnostics.
Required Skills:
· An equivalent combination of skill, knowledge and experience.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be a team player
· Effective communication skills
· Must be in possession of a heavy T license
· Must be flexible, energetic and willing to work beyond standard working hours.
