Testing is a startup that specializes in delivering effective and innovative advertising and monetization solutions to the retail, finance, and e-commerce industries.

We are looking for a SDR to join our team! This person will be responsible for generating and developing the entire strategy for the area that will help us to generate outbound clients using different sales tools. This is a perfect role for a candidate that likes being in the operation, as well as in the strategy generation. The primary objective of this role is to identify potential customers who may be interested in the company's products or services and move them further along the sales funnel to achieve our annual goals

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting and market research.

• Feeding the sales funnel through prospecting on different platforms (LinkedIn, Social

Media, Email marketing, among others).

• Cold calling and/or contacting qualified prospects through various channels.

• Product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver proposals, documentation, and pricing information to prospects and

customers.

• Developing the prospecting strategy to achieve individual and overall objectives.

• Working together with the Sales Executive to achieve departmental goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, support, customer success, to

support sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.

• Executing outbound campaigns in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

• Students or graduates of careers such as Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Public Relations, or related fields.

• +3 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting.

• Proven experience working with Linkedin Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.

• Experience working with KPIs and metrics such as the number of calls per day, qualified

leads, conversion rate, among others.

• Experience in B2B sales.

• Knowledge of CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, others)

• Understanding of the sales funnel.

• Strategic and analytical thinking.

Nice to have (not a must)!

• Experience selling Marketing & Advertising or IT (SaaS) products.

• Advanced level of english, oral and written.
