DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare sugar and any other Raw Material ingredients by weighing as required.
Prepare appropriate identification stickers and attach to all Raw Material ingredients.
Assist with physical stock counts, i.e., cycle and/or monthly as required.
Remove empty carts with used utensils from the Mixing area daily, or as necessary.
Maintain sanitation throughout the assigned shift using the “Clean as You Go” process, as well as in accordance with Dispensing Sanitation Records.
Maintain compliance with established Food Safety and Health and Safety practices.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
A secondary education including Mathematics and English at CXC General Proficiency level or equivalent is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
