Position Summary:
Supports the Production Planning Team in providing timely, quality and accurate reporting, analysis and communication that contributes to the overall efficiency of the Operations Department.
Principal Accountabilities / Key Functions:
· Provides real time analysis and trend monitoring of production elements to identify and escalate deviations or non-conformances on a shift and monthly basis.
· Advise and support Production Planning Supervisor to effectively manage stock levels in preparation for seasonal demands to maximize product sales.
· Maintains a high level of inventory and data accuracy.
· Accurate data entry into enterprise resource planning (ERP) & computerized systems to meet internal and external customer demands.
· Maintains physical records and documents that are properly archived and stowed.
· Maintains good relationships with cross-functional departments.
· Operates on a shift rotation basis in alignment with Production 24/7 operations.
· Ensure adherence to all Company’s established GMPs, Food Safety and Quality requirements.
· Actively promote, support and comply with Kiss Baking Company Limited’s established Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures ad industry best practices.
Required Technical Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Minimum
· Passes in five (5) CXC or G.C.E subjects two (2) of which must include English Language & Mathematics
· Two (2) A level/CAPE passes
Certification:
Minimum
· Computer Literacy Certificate.
· Effective Communication Certificate will be considered an asset.
Experience:
Minimum
· An equivalent combination of knowledge and experience will be considered. Minimum of 1 year working experience.
· Previous ERP or SAP experience would be considered an asset.
· MS Office including intermediate level Excel experience.
