Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Baboonia Trace, Charlieville

Reports To: Financial Controller / Financial Accountant

Job Summary:
Maintain and prepare financial accounts in compliance with approved procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting and analysis.

Key Duties:

Prepare general ledger journals and management accounts.
Review and approve invoices and payment entries.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Perform reconciliations and maintain fixed asset register.
Prepare VAT returns and assist with payroll processing.
Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, including the timely submission of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responses to audit queries.
Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Level II ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
Advanced Microsoft Office certification (asset).
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Recommended: CFA, CMA, IFRS, Data Analytics, PMP certifications.
