We are seeking a skilled HR & Payroll Specialist to support global hiring and manage payroll

operations, with a strong focus on US compliance, labor laws, and accounting standards.

Role Overview

As our HR & Payroll Specialist, you will support the recruitment and onboarding of our global

team, manage payroll operations, and ensure strict adherence to US employment laws, GAAP

accounting standards, and compliance regulations. This role combines hands-on HR

operations, payroll, and compliance responsibilities and requires precision, ownership, and a

global mindset.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the onboarding process for new employees globally, ensuring compliance with

US labor laws and smooth integration into the company.

● Support and participate in recruitment activities, including role scoping with hiring

managers, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring process

administration.

● Manage payroll processes for US and international employees, ensuring accuracy and

timeliness.

● Ensure full compliance with US employment laws, payroll regulations, and tax

requirements.

● Occasionally liaise with state Departments of Labor (DOL) and Departments of Revenue

(DOR) for reporting, audits, and compliance matters.

● Maintain payroll and HR records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.

● Develop and improve HR, recruitment, and payroll processes to optimize efficiency

across global teams.

Required Qualifications

● Proven experience in HR, payroll, and compliance for US employees.

● Strong knowledge of US labor laws, payroll regulations, and GAAP standards.

● Experience working with global teams and understanding international HR practices.

● Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

● Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
